Customer Service Representative I - Pathology Lab Onsite at IU Health Pathology Lab in Indianapolis. Full-time day shift, 40hrs a week. Responds to patient inquiries via telephone and email. Determines the best method for problem resolution meeting patient needs and organizational guidelines. Coordinates issue resolutions with other departments as necessary. Coordinates patient testing with pathology specimens. May gather patient personal and billing information for database entry and scheduling. Key responsibilities include typing, phone skills, organization, multi-tasking, and team collaboration. Team members will work directly with pathologists, physicians, nurses, etc. Requirements: Must have medical office and administrative experience.
