Job Description

Registrar And Data Analyst The Registrar and Data Analyst plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of student academic records while also managing essential school operational data. This position oversees all Registrar functions and supports the school's data needs across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders. Registrar Maintain accurate academic records in the Veracross Axiom student information system, including MOD and Trimester grading and reporting cycles. Partner with Division Heads and Deans of Academics to develop teacher and student schedules across divisions, including Extended Programs. Support the Enrollment Department and Database Manager with online re-enrollment and new student enrollment processes, including mid-year additions and withdrawals. Assist with annual summer cutover tasks, including course setup, room assignments, and schedule distribution. Create and interpret data queries and reconcile information across systems. Manage and report customer tickets through the ticketing system, including part ordering and receipt. Develop proficiency in academic and technology systems such as Veracross Axiom, IncidentIQ, and the Toddle Learning Management System. Process mid-year schedule changes approved by school divisions. Coordinate with College Advising to complete key GPA calculations and generate transcripts. Fulfill transcript requests promptly, manage cumulative transcript files, and maintain the IKAN system. Stay current with best practices in student record management. Data Analyst Monitor and troubleshoot data flow between Veracross Axiom and connected systems, including Toddle, Clever, and Schedulogic. Review, assign, and report technology ticket data in IncidentIQ in collaboration with the Educational Technology Support Manager. Provide operational support to the Director of Technology Operations for part ordering, receiving, and warranty reporting related to device repairs. Partner with the Database Manager and the Director of Technology and Innovation to develop and validate reporting dashboards and automated reporting processes. Meet external reporting requirements for TCCB, ISAS, and NAIS/DASL. Demonstrate a willingness to grow in data analysis and reporting, with a preference for developing skills in Microsoft Power BI. Requirements Bachelor's Degree is required. Preferably three years of experience in registrar position at an independent school or university. Deep knowledge of student information systems and processes preferably Veracross Axiom. Familiarity with FERPA regulations and student data privacy principles, or willingness to develop proficiency through professional development. Understanding of records retention best practices in an educational setting. Experience with managing student, family, and institutional data across multiple systems and departments. Light project management experience with the abilities to set/meet timelines and to provide structured status updates. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with timely and diplomatic delivery both within the Technology Department and across school departments. Treat parents as partners in their child's education. Possess strong people skills to be empathetic to the needs of students and parents. Successful completion of fingerprint-based and sexual offender registry information checks Completion of Safe Environment training CPR Certification Overtly support and act in accordance with the Goals and Criteria of the Society of the Sacred Heart.
