Opportunity Overview: Medical staff requirements: BC or within 5 years of residency in pediatric emergency medicine (PEM) or pediatrics (EMP, PE, Ped) with emergency medicine experience. Newly graduating pediatric residents may receive additional training prior to working independently EMR: Epic 14 private ED pediatric beds 12% admission rate 24 hours pediatric emergency medicine physician coverage per day 10 hours of pediatric advanced practice clinician coverage per day 20 bed pediatric inpatient unit with 24 hour in-house Pediatric hospital medicine team Competitive compensation with an estimated base salary range of $165 to $220 hourly. This role provides the option for employee or IC status.
