What You'll Be Developing & Doing: Support daily operations while learning how to run a high-performing, customer-focused location. Partner in hiring, training, and coaching team members to consistently exceed sales goals and deliver standout service. Learn to maximize revenue across memberships, retail, and services by strengthening your sales strategy and team accountability. Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and high-energy environment that keeps customers coming back. Develop skills in tracking KPIs, managing budgets, overseeing cash handling, and understanding the numbers that drive success. Support local marketing efforts and community engagement to increase traffic and build brand awareness.
