Payroll Specialist LHH Recruitment Solutions has a Payroll Specialist role open with our client in Orlando, FL. This is an onsite, contract to hire opportunity. Responsibilities Process biweekly, multi-state payroll (several locations) including review of employee timecards and payroll register Handle bonuses, retroactive pay, garnishments, shift differentials, etc. Maintain and document all payroll records Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll concerns or questions Handle payroll adjustments as needed Experience Three to five years' high volume, multi-state payroll processing and Time & Attendance software experience required Skills/Knowledge ADP Workforce Now knowledge required Solid Microsoft Office skills Knowledge of local and state payroll laws High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail Solid communication, customer service, organizational and mathematical skills Education Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred Work Hours/Pay Rate Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week $26-31/hr.
