Requirements Analysis Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities Manage Requirements, Specifications, User Needs, Hazards, and other controlled documents within the DOORS database. Produce PRDs, Specs, RTMs, and a variety of interim exports daily. Serve as DOORS test administrator for the creation of VVP and VVR. Apply product and project knowledge to resolve discrepancies across deliverables. Support audits by identifying and addressing unclear or missing information in interconnected documents. Collaborate on DOORS-associated documents in SAP after data transcription. Assist in data migration between DOORS and Polarion and document migration between SAP Tahiti and Teamcenter. Provide DOORS support functions, including installation, user account management, and system updates. Deliver projects and initiatives effectively, ensuring clear communication, risk avoidance, and escalation management. Experience Required 1-3 years of experience in database management, engineering documentation, technical writing, or a similar field. Prior experience in healthcare or medical device development (preferred). Experience with ALM/PLM tools (preferred): SAP, IBM DOORS, Teamcenter, Polarion. Skills & Certifications Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Positive attitude and strong multitasking and critical thinking skills. Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills to handle complex details and multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently or collaboratively, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges, processes, and technology. Eligibilities & qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (strongly preferred). Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
