Integrated Logistics Support Specialist Are you looking for an opportunity in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) at a place where you can make a difference every day? Serco is the place for you! Discover this great opportunity supporting the United States Navy in San Diego, California. Serco is supporting the U.S. Navy by providing highly relevant and specialized High Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse (H.E.M.P.) system engineering, design, and logistics and maintenance support. The ILS Specialist shall support the development and configuration management of technical manuals, engineering plans, specifications, and maintenance documentation. The Logistician's primary role is to support Navy and Government Civilian personnel in the development, review, revision, and configuration management of Planned Maintenance System/Reliability Centered Maintenance documentation and Logistics Briefs. This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain/transfer your Secret clearance In this role, you will: Develop and maintain RCM/PMS documentation and maintenance plans Develop, review, audit, or revise training plans, curricula, and training support equipment for designated systems/equipment Develop, review, update, submit and maintain configuration and logistics records in the Configuration Data Manager Database - Open Architecture (CDMD-OA) Develop and review provisioning data in Interactive Computer Aided Provisioning System (ICAPS) format for On-Board Repair Parts (OBRPs) Correlate Source Material & Reporting coding, failure history, allowance levels, and provide recommendations for changes to existing provisioning documentation Evaluate equipment/system operability, maintainability, reliability, and logistic support and provide recommendations for revisions, as required to optimize operational and material readiness Support shipping and receiving of materials, tools, and equipment Support inventory control and management of Government assets Support hazardous material inventory, control and overall management Initiate purchase requests for supplies and misc. materials Proactively resolve material and logistical problems or issues Be present at the work site, attend and report weekly plan updates as it pertains to the ILS position To be successful in this role, you will have: An active DoD Secret security clearance U.S Citizenship An Associates Degree or a High School Diploma/GED with minimum 7 years of experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) or related work A minimum of 5 years of experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) or related work Effective organizational, multi-tasking, analytical and confidentiality skills Working knowledge of MS Office applications Experience with ICAPS, or similar applications Excellent customer service, communication, conflict resolution, presentation, and construction documentation comprehension skills Basic understanding of warehouse operations Must be able to lift 30 lbs. The ability to travel up to 25% Must possess a Valid U.S Drivers License Additional desired experience and skills: Previous experience working for or with the U.S. Navy A working understanding of Life Cycle Logistics Minimum 3 years of daily use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams for collaboration, meeting facilitation, and channel governance Equipment operator certifications (forklifts, man-lifts, etc.)
