Role Overview The Creative Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a vital role in establishing top-notch design and product talent initiatives within our brand. Collaborating closely with Talent Acquisition Leads, HR Business Partners, Recruiters, and senior leaders, you will proactively seek out and engage exceptional creative talent for key roles in Apparel Design, Footwear Design, Product Design, and other related creative fields. Additionally, you will support creative roles within our Marketing organization. This strategic sourcing position emphasizes both current employment needs and long-term workforce planning. You will utilize your deep knowledge of the apparel and footwear design landscape to influence hiring strategies and create diverse, high-quality talent pipelines for both immediate and future opportunities. Your Impact Implement innovative and effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse range of creative talent including disciplines such as Apparel Design, Footwear Design, and Product Design. Serve as a subject-matter expert on the creative and product talent market, keeping informed about competitor landscapes and emerging talent trends. Continuously identify and engage new candidate pools and resources, maximizing existing channels to build awareness of opportunities and connect with potential candidates. Maintain proactive talent pipelines for both current and anticipated hiring needs, focusing on recurring and hard-to-fill roles. Collaborate with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners to define role requirements and devise targeted sourcing and engagement strategies. Contribute to talent mapping and workforce planning efforts to identify future capabilities required for the brand's creative roadmap. Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate technical skills, creativity, and cultural fit for open and upcoming positions. Communicate detailed information about roles, team structures, and career opportunities to engage potential candidates and create a compelling experience. Leverage data and market insights to refine sourcing strategies and ensure diverse representation within candidate slates. Lead training sessions for the Talent Acquisition team on effective sourcing techniques and industry trends. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the sourcing lifecycle, creating scalable resources that strengthen collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers. Provide regular updates on sourcing outcomes and market trends to Talent Acquisition leadership and hiring stakeholders. Represent Under Armour at industry events and design network gatherings to build relationships and enhance our employer brand within the creative community. Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in Recruiting or Sourcing, with a focus on creative, product, apparel, or footwear design talent. Preferred experience in sourcing senior-level or executive creative roles. Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leadership. Strong familiarity with apparel and footwear design functions and creative hiring processes. Skilled at managing multiple complex talent pipelines in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills. Data-driven mindset with a commitment to fostering diverse and inclusive teams. Workplace Details Location: This position is fully remote.
