Job Title: Senior Developer Lead - React, Next.js, Micro Frontend Location: Nashville, TN Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer Lead with deep hands-on experience in React, Next.js, and Micro Frontend architectures to lead frontend development initiatives for our client, Tractor Supply Company (TSC). This role demands both strong technical delivery and leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of scalable, modular frontend applications using React and Next.js. Implement and manage Micro Frontend strategies for complex enterprise platforms. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Drive code quality through code reviews, best practices, and mentoring developers. Ensure alignment with TSC's digital and technical roadmap. Required Skills: 6+ years of professional experience in frontend development. Expert in React.js and Next.js with strong understanding of SSR and CSR. Proven experience designing and implementing Micro Frontend architectures. Experience with CI/CD, Git, and agile methodologies. Strong communication and leadership skills. Nice to Have: Experience working in retail or eCommerce environments. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
