Independent Contractor We are looking for a reliable, service-oriented independent contractor to join our team on Mondays and Fridays. You will work in close partnership with our full-time office administrative coordinator to ensure our workplace remains a seamless, high-functioning, and welcoming environment for our employees and guests. This is a "hands-on" role perfect for someone who finds satisfaction in organization, hospitality, and keeping a beautiful space running like clockwork. While you operate as an independent contractor, you are a vital extension of our operations team. You'll tag-team with our full-time coordinator to handle the "heavy lift" days of the week setting the tone on Monday mornings and ensuring a clean slate on Friday afternoons. Key responsibilities include: Space curation: Maintain "guest-ready" standards for the lobby, hallways, and supply stations. Kitchen & hospitality: Keep the office fueled by restocking snacks and beverages. You'll also manage the setup and breakdown of team lunches, light dinners, and special treats. Organization & storage: Work closely with the full-time administrative coordinator to clean and organize the HR storage room, keeping inventory streamlined and accessible. Deliveries & logistics: Promptly receive and put away all incoming deliveries to keep common areas clear. You'll also manage outgoing FedEx shipments and general mail. Visitor experience: Provide a warm, professional greeting to guests and notify their hosts upon arrival. The Friday reset: At the end of your shift, ensure dishwashers are running and the office is prepped for a fresh start the following week. Who you are: A proactive partner: You enjoy collaborating and can take a "to-do" list and run with it. Detail-oriented: You notice when the coffee is low or a conference room chair is out of place before anyone else does. Self-motivated: You take pride in "owning" your space and don't wait for a nudge to tidy up or organize. Consistent: Since you are the "anchor" for our two busiest days, your reliability is the foundation of this partnership. Engagement details: Schedule: Mondays and Fridays (10am - 7pm; on-site required). Type: Independent contractor (1099). Days: Mondays and Fridays (on-site required). Compensation: Hourly rate (invoiced monthly). $20 - $25 an hour
