Core Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive healthcare to individuals and families throughout their lives, from young children to seniors. Address chronic circumstances, preventive strategies, urgent medical concerns, and mental health issues through a proactive, patient-centric lens. Perform thorough physical exams, analyze diagnostic data, and formulate tailored treatment plans. Engage in collaborative efforts with care coordinators, mental health specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Contribute to quality improvement projects aimed at boosting patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Utilize electronic health records (EHR) to ensure precise and current patient documentation. Provide both in-person and telehealth services to meet diverse patient needs. Education and Credentials MD or DO degree from a recognized medical institution. Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program. Certifications Certification by the Board of Family Medicine. Eligible for (or currently possess) an active Nebraska medical license. BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred but not mandatory. Skills and Experience Exceptional diagnostic and clinical abilities with a strong emphasis on preventive care and holistic health.
