We are actively seeking a Senior Project Manager specializing in drywall, with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience managing significant commercial projects. You will be instrumental in guiding project schedules, managing budgets, and fostering collaboration among teams to ensure the timely and successful execution of drywall components in major construction initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the complete lifecycle of drywall projects, from award to successful completion. Coordinate the procurement of materials, select subcontractors, and manage field teams efficiently. Carefully monitor project schedules, budgets, and job costs to ensure compliance. Conduct regular site visits and meetings to ensure adherence to safety standards and project timelines. Facilitate transparent communication with clients and internal teams to enhance collaboration. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in commercial drywall estimating and project management. Deep understanding of drywall construction techniques, materials, and relevant codes. Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software such as On-Screen Takeoff or Bluebeam. Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
