Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Support Specialist to join our team in Cary, NJ. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a background in technical support or service coordination. Key Responsibilities: Respond to incoming service calls from customers, perform initial diagnostics, and take appropriate actions to resolve issues. Make outbound calls to internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of service requests and provide process guidance when needed. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to management or appropriate support/repair teams to facilitate resolution.
