Accounting Clerk

Accounting Clerk Join Toyota of North Miami as an Accounting Clerk and play a key role in supporting our dealership's financial operations. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who have a strong aptitude for numbers and enjoy working in a dynamic automotive retail environment. You will assist with maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely processing of accounting transactions to support the overall financial health of the dealership. Responsibilities Perform daily data entry and reconciliation of accounting transactions. Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and on time. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. Maintain and organize financial documents and records in compliance with company policies. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting. Support auditors during financial audits by preparing necessary documentation. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or coursework in accounting preferred. Experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in an automotive or retail environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
