Accounting Clerk

Accounting Clerk Morgan Auto Group is seeking a quality Accounting Clerk to join our growing team at our location in South Florida working with our SAC Coconut Creek team out of our Arrigo West Palm Beach location. Our ideal candidate has automotive experience. Starting pay range: $20-$24 per hour depending on your experience. Our Full Time Associates Enjoy: Team building activities Flexible work schedule Continual training and advancement opportunities Health insurance, dental insurance, vision, life, disability insurance 401(k) with company match Health savings account Responsibilities: Data entry of all vehicle information to stock into dealer computer system; new and used vehicles, including customer street purchases Create designated folders for support docs, MSO or title storage Process new vehicle dealer trades, issue checks as needed Process used vehicle wholesale billing Maintain schedules relating to inventories Processing of product payments as needed with vendors Process cancellations and submissions for each product vendor Post product vendor payment statements in DMS Issue sales tax refunds to customers as needed Maintain related schedules making notes as needed Qualifications: Excel workbook skills required, basic formulas and V lookup Team player, integrity and strong work ethics, attention to detail Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communications with peers and customers Automotive software experience helpful: Reynolds and Reynolds or CDK EOE/DFWP Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
