Human Resources Strategic Partner About the Company An industry-leading tire manufacturer. Industry Automotive Type Privately Held About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Strategic Partner to join our growing team! In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic HR support aligned with our business objectives and enhance the overall teammate experience. You will partner closely with store and regional leaders, offering trusted HR guidance on various matters and promoting our vibrant company culture. Your responsibilities will include implementing enterprise-wide HR initiatives, analyzing important HR metrics, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and actively supporting change management efforts. We are looking for candidates who possess a Bachelor's degree—Master's preferred—and have a robust 6-8 years of relevant HR experience. The ideal applicant will have a strong background in multi-unit or retail HR support, experience with employee relations, workforce planning, and HR strategy execution. Key skills include exceptional communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution abilities, as well as a strategic mindset with the capacity to influence others effectively.
