Required Skills: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in ICU and Emergency Department settings NICU experience preferred Proficiency with Epic electronic health records system Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, RRT Valid LA license in hand Ability to accept first-time travelers Weekend work required every other weekend Night shift availability: 3x12-Hour shifts (18:30 - 07:00) Strong communication and critical thinking skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have Skills: Experience with neuro diagnostics and respiratory therapy beyond basic clinical duties Additional certifications in neuro or respiratory specialties Experience with other electronic health record systems Bilingual abilities are a plus Preferred Education and Experience: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification At least 2 years of intensive care and emergency department experience Prior experience in neuro diagnostics is advantageous Other Requirements: Night shift commitment as specified Possession of a current LA license Willingness to participate in a flexible schedule, including every other weekend No on-call responsibilities Travel and licensure-related reimbursements when applicable Compensation & Benefits: Competitive pay rate of $52.26 per hour Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team committed to your success Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements as applicable Take the next step in your healthcare career by applying today.
