Technical Program Lead

About the Opportunity: Join a rapidly growing leader in consumer electronics sensory technologies, specializing in acoustics, haptics, vibration motors, micro actuators, and precision components. We are expanding our motors and robotics team and seeking a high-impact Technical Program Lead to drive next-generation small motor systems and related modules from concept through full-scale production. Green card or Citizenship required to join Key Responsibilities: Lead and own cross-functional program execution for micro-motors, vibration/haptics actuators, gearboxes, robotics modules, and cooling systems from early design stages through NPI, prototyping, qualification, and ramp to high-volume production. Act as the primary customer advocate by collaborating with decision-makers at top-tier OEMs, managing build schedules/milestones, mitigating risks, resolving interdependencies, and addressing commercial topics such as quotes, POs, invoices, and pricing/delivery. Coordinate and align global cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain) and work closely with engineering and factory teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality targets. Identify and establish priorities for programs, taking full ownership of project success without relying on direct authority. Facilitate customer visits to manufacturing sites and be available outside regular hours when necessary. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 3-5+ years of experience in program/project management (5-10 years preferred for senior positions). Demonstrated success in leading hardware/product development lifecycles in high-volume consumer electronics or relevant industries (smartphones, wearables, laptops, tablets, robotics/small actuators). Thorough understanding of NPI cycles, supply chain operations, and cross-functional team leadership. Adept at managing ambiguity, solving problems, and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.
