The Respiratory Therapist will evaluate and assess each patient ordered on therapy for the appropriateness of the treatment and communicate to the nursing staff and assist the physicians with any and all changes appropriate to enhance the care and safety of the patient.Education And CredentialsCertificate or A.A.S. in Respiratory Therapy. NYS RT license or eligible to obtain licensure. Current BLS required, with ACLS and/or NPR preferred.ExperienceAt least one (1) year Respiratory Therapy experience preferred.
