In this pivotal role, you will take charge of preparing all quarterly and annual SEC filings, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations. Your strong technical expertise, coupled with exceptional organizational skills, will empower you to excel in this multi-task oriented environment. You will coordinate the review and approval process for filings, support investor relations, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our financial reporting practices. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with a senior-level background in SEC reporting. A CPA or similar designation is essential, along with a blend of private and public accounting experience. Your thorough knowledge of US GAAP, SOX 404, and SEC financial reporting standards, combined with strong communication, project management, and analytical skills, will set you apart.
