Contract Manager We're hiring a Contract Manager! Role: Contract Manager Supporting: Large Financial Services Client Location: Vienna, VA (Open to Hybrid and Remote) Position Description: Are you a skilled negotiator with a passion for building strong vendor partnerships and driving smart business outcomes? We're looking for a Contract Manager to support a large enterprise organization by leading the full contract lifecyclefrom acquisition strategy and drafting to pricing analysis, negotiation, and closeout. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts for goods and services Lead contract and pricing negotiations with internal stakeholders and vendors Provide guidance on contract requirements, risk mitigation, and compliance Analyze proposals, costs, and business impacts Partner with procurement, legal, and business units to support key initiatives Interpret contract language and ensure all obligations, deliverables, and timelines are clear Identify issues proactively and deliver strong, strategic solutions Qualifications: Background in contract law, acquisition strategy, contract management, or procurement Strong understanding of commercial business practices and risk evaluation Experience preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and managing complex agreements Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate across teams Bachelor's degree in Business, Contract Management, IT, or related field EEO Employer Apex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
