NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital Jonesboro Founded in 1912, NEA Baptist Memorial is now the largest privately owned hospital in the nation. The Women's Center provides 14 labor, delivery, recovery and postpartum care (LDRP) suites where the entire birthing process can take place in addition to suites providing a full spectrum of gynecological services. NEA Baptist Memorial currently sees approximately 1,100 annual deliveries and 1,500 annual unscheduled outpatient visits. The hospital has been officially recognized as a Cribs for Kids National Bronze Certified Safe Sleep Hospital. The Cribs for Kids National Safe Sleep Hospital Certification program awards recognition to hospitals that demonstrate a commitment to reducing infant and sleep-related deaths by promoting and educating on best safe sleep practices.
