Avionics Communications Engineer

Our client is seeking a Senior Avionics Communications Engineer to join our team in support of Navy acquisition programs specifications, evaluations, and integration of military avionics systems. This position is eligible for a Sign on Bonus if hired in the amount of $5,000-$10,000 Essential Job Functions: Should have intimate knowledge of military communications systems, radar altimeters, navigation systems, data loaders, moving maps, and flight mission computer hardware and software. Electrical Engineering degree with 10 years experience with military avionics systems. Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Working understanding of Naval Air acquisition SETR processes Naval Air Program Office experience. Software development experience.
