Administrative Executive Assistant LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Executive Assistant to support our client's leadership team in City Heights. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage a variety of administrative duties with discretion and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations Draft, proofread, and manage internal and external correspondence Maintain filing systems and organize digital documents Assist with meeting logistics, including agendas, notes, and follow-ups Support project management and team coordination as needed Track and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in administrative or executive assistant roles Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Ability to multitask and work independently Working Hours: Full-time Onsite Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST Details: Located in City Heights, San Diego Contract to hire role Compensation: $22.00 -$28.00 per hour DOE Pay Details: $22.00 to $28.00 per hour Search managed by: Ciara Norton Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
