The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS) and related modules, along with expertise in customization, integrations, and enterprise-scale implementations. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and configure project deliverables for eCommerce applications using IBM Sterling OMS. Review high-level business requirements for omnichannel solutions and implement them using the IBM Sterling OMS suite, including IBM Store Engagement and IBM Call Center. Develop and implement solutions within the IBM Sterling Order Management System to support complex order and inventory workflows. Work with IBM Sterling Multi-Channel Fulfillment Solutions to support enterprise fulfillment processes. Design, configure, and implement product extensions and complex integrations within the Sterling OMS platform. Customize and extend Sterling OMS APIs, database structures, user interfaces, user exits, and agents. Develop and integrate web services to support system integrations and external applications. Support UAT, QA, and performance testing to ensure both functional and non-functional requirements are met. Build and maintain tools for automated testing and deployment of applications. Develop and share best practices for installing, configuring, and maintaining software applications. Stay current with new technologies and updates to industry-leading OMS products to improve customer implementations. Mentor and train junior team members in Sterling OMS solution development. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS). Experience with IBM Sterling Multi-Channel Fulfillment Solutions. Strong expertise in IBM Sterling Inventory Fulfillment Suite and Inventory Fulfillment development. Extensive experience with Sterling design, configuration, product extensions, and complex integrations. Hands-on experience customizing Sterling OMS APIs, databases, UIs, user exits, and agents. Experience developing and integrating web services. Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience supporting testing phases including UAT, QA, and performance testing. Ability to create automation tools for testing and application deployment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on multiple enterprise projects.
