Responsibilities: Conduct inspections in compliance with key procedures and standards, including: OD-QA-206(CH) Inspection and Testing OD-QA-208(CH) Control of Non-Conforming Product OD-QA-211(CH) Product Identification & Traceability OD-QA-214(CH) Quality Records DI-QA-205 Receiving Inspection Operation Sheet (RIOS) DI-QA-206(CH) Age Sensitive Control Procedure Form #842 Supplier Quality Requirements 2-700199 PS/EMC Workmanship Standard Use RIOS and Visual Inspection Plans to perform dimensional and visual inspections independently. Interpret basic engineering drawings and specifications. Operate precision measuring instruments, including optical comparators. Generate and verify Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMRs). Perform First Article Inspections (FAIs) and Surveillance Audits as required. Maintain flexibility to support various production areas as assigned. Support overtime requirements as scheduled by FFM or Supervisor. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: 03 years in a quality inspection or manufacturing environment Certifications (Preferred): IPC-A-600 (Acceptability of Printed Boards) IPC-A-610 (Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies) J-STD-001 (Soldered Electrical & Electronic Assemblies) Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Experience with ERP/MRP systems Familiarity with mechanical/electronic components and manufacturing environments Must be able to adapt to new inspection tools and processes Must be comfortable sitting for extended periods Willingness to attend off-site training for certification maintenance (if required) Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled Employer Brian- (Phone) (256) 213-1261 (Email) What to Expect Applicants selected for employment will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation, which may include education, criminal, and work history verifications.
