Loss Prevention Specialist

Position Purpose: As a Loss Prevention Specialist, you will be integral to protecting our company's assets by preventing financial loss through effective deterrence against theft and fraud. You will play a vital role in maintaining adherence to safety and environmental regulations while employing strategic measures to reduce loss. Your efforts will include identifying theft incidents, reviewing CCTV footage, auditing Electronic Article Surveillance systems, and promoting a culture focused on shrink elimination. Your key responsibilities will include: Creating comprehensive case reports documenting apprehensions and recoveries. Preserving evidence and providing assistance to law enforcement as necessary. Testifying in criminal and civil court when required. Reporting any unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty promptly. Conducting all activities with a strong emphasis on safety for yourself and your colleagues. The ideal candidate will showcase strong integrity, respond swiftly to asset protection issues raised by the team, and remain committed to achieving store-specific objectives while performing essential asset protection duties.
