This role is all about building strong carrier relationships, securing reliable capacity, and ensuring freight moves smoothly from start to finish. What You'll Do Build and maintain relationships with carriers to grow and diversify our network Secure coverage for loads by making outbound calls and sourcing reliable capacity Negotiate competitive rates that balance customer needs and carrier partnerships Track and manage shipments from pickup through delivery, keeping everything on schedule Resolve challenges quickly to minimize disruption and keep freight moving Collaborate with our Business Development team to deliver consistent, high-quality service Stay up to date on market trends and lane activity to make smart, competitive decisions What We're Looking For Driven, self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and negotiation skills A problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly Previous logistics or sales experience is a plus, but not required Why Partner Fr8?
