In this critical role, you will lead the asset management team strategically, focusing on enhancing the performance and value of our affordable housing portfolio. Your responsibilities will include preparing detailed investment recommendation reports, overseeing a regional portfolio to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and managing property budgets in alignment with ownership goals. The ideal candidate will also prioritize team development, collaborate effectively with property management and development teams, and emphasize compliance and risk management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to maximize portfolio performance. Prepare investment recommendation reports. Ensure compliance with various regulatory requirements. Manage property budgets effectively. Collaborate with teams to support organizational goals. Qualifications: The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or real estate, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in asset management, real estate, or property management, especially within the affordable housing sector.
