Industry Media Production Type Privately Held About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated Director of Affiliate Engagement to lead strategic partnerships within the exciting iGaming ecosystem. In this senior and relationship-focused position, you will be crucial in representing our business to affiliates, driving growth, enhancing engagement, and increasing revenue through strategic collaborations. Your key responsibilities will include: Building, managing, and growing senior-level affiliate relationships across global markets. Overseeing the development and optimization of our affiliate network. Driving affiliate participation in various business activities. Mapping the global affiliate landscape. Converting relationships into lucrative deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in iGaming or betting, with proven affiliate management experience. You should also possess a strong commercial acumen, deep understanding of affiliate models, and a knack for effectively managing senior stakeholder relationships. Your skill set would ideally include: A successful track record in managing senior affiliate stakeholders. Strong negotiation and deal management abilities. Analytical skills to interpret performance data and identify growth opportunities. While not mandatory, experience with event-driven businesses, exposure to international markets, and additional language skills would be advantageous.
