As Bridgetree continues to scale and take on increasingly complex technology initiatives, we are raising the bar for how projects are delivered.The OpportunityOur client seeks a hands-on Senior Technical Project Manager to serve as a delivery owner for critical client initiatives. This role represents a meaningful evolution in how project management works. Historically, PMs with our client have focused on reporting progress. This role is different.This Project Manager is accountable for outcomes. You will own projects end-to-end - from requirements and estimates through delivery, release, and financial performance. You will be expected to lead actively, make informed recommendations, drive clarity where it does not exist, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality. This is a gold standard PM role. You will help define how project management is done and influence standards that other PMs adopt over time.What Success Looks LikeA successful Project Manager:Delivers complex technology projects predictably and profitablyPrevents downstream issues through strong upfront discovery and requirementsActively leads clients and internal teams rather than coordinating passivelyEarns increasing decision-making autonomy through sound judgmentReduces leadership involvement by owning delivery details and outcomesRaises the bar for project management practices across the organizationKey ResponsibilitiesDelivery Ownership & Client LeadershipOwn the successful delivery of mid-to-large scale technology projects from initiation through completionServe as the primary point of accountability for scope, timeline, budget, and qualityLead client stakeholders with confidence, including setting expectations and pushing back when clarity or scope discipline is requiredProactively identify risks and issues and drive resolution - no surprisesRequirements & Estimation (PM + BA)Lead discovery and requirements gathering with clients, architects, and technical teamsTranslate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and user storiesPartner with architecture and engineering to develop realistic estimates and delivery plansTake accountability for the quality of requirements and the accuracy of estimatesProject Planning & ExecutionBuild and manage detailed project plans across discovery, design, build, test, and release phasesActively manage resources, dependencies, risks, and milestonesLead stand-ups, working sessions, and milestone reviewsCoordinate across onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams as neededTechnical Project ManagementManage technology-driven initiatives including:Web and application development (.NET)API and system integrationsData flows and transformationsCloud and platform implementations (e.g., Azure)Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teamsEnsure the right solution is being built - not just that work is getting doneVendor transitions and platform replacementsQuality, Release & Financial ManagementPartner with QA to plan and execute testing and UATCoordinate production releases and client sign-offManage project financials including budget tracking, burn rate, forecasting, and invoicingProvide clear, concise project health updates to leadershipPractice & Continuous ImprovementHelp define and refine project management best practices Contribute to standardization across projects and PMsLeverage AI tools extensively to improve planning, documentation, communication, and delivery efficiencySupport the evolution of AI-enabled project management workflows over timeDecision-Making & AutonomyThis role is decision-driven, not permission-driven. Initially, you will bring forward recommended approaches and next steps for leadership alignment. As you demonstrate strong judgment, ownership, and results, you will be given increasing autonomy to make delivery decisions independently and keep leadership informed.Required Experience & Qualifications8+ years of experience leading end-to-end delivery of complex, client-facing technology projectsProven success owning scope, timeline, budget, and outcomes - not just reporting statusStrong experience with system integrations, APIs, and modern application developmentDeep understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologiesComfort operating in environments with ambiguity and evolving requirementsAbility to lead confidently across technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience working with distributed teamsHigh level of personal accountability, organization, and problem-solving abilityDesired ExperienceBackground in consulting or professional services environmentsExperience building or improving PM standards and practicesPMP or equivalent certificationExperience supporting marketing, data, or digital platformsStrong working knowledge of AI tools used for project delivery and productivityExperience with marketing communication platforms, ESPs, or vendor migration projects and insurance, warranty, or device protection industry exposure a plusCore Values AlignmentSuccess is closely tied to how you show up.
