Position Overview We are actively seeking dependable, safety-driven Class A CDL Truck Drivers for both Regional and Local routes. Our drivers enjoy: Average gross pay of $70k-$80k per year, with top drivers earning over $90k annually. Steady pay and predictable schedules. Options to stay out overnight for longer regional loads or conduct local out-and-back freight. Weekly guaranteed pay with a weekend premium for each load. Additional rewards such as a $50 sleeper pay for taking DOT breaks in the truck away from the terminal and bonuses for safety and driver referrals. Equipment & Driver Support Available truck parking at home or at the terminal. Limited overnight trips for work-life balance. Combination of drop & hook and live load/unload depending on the customer’s needs. Assigned late-model equipment with complimentary XM radio. Paid orientation and tanker training ($200 per day), with reimbursement for tanker endorsement. Favorable driving conditions with less traffic during evening and night shifts. Driver Responsibilities Safely and efficiently operate company equipment. Maintain vehicles with a focus on safety and cleanliness. Adhere to FMCSA regulations and company policies. Accurately maintain ELD logs, trip reports, and necessary documentation. Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members. Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections.
