As the Director of Enterprise Data Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving Bausch + Lomb's data-driven transformation. In this strategic leadership position, you will ensure the organization maximizes data as a critical asset while promoting best practices in data acquisition, management, analytics, and governance. This role calls for collaboration across IT, business stakeholders, analytics, compliance, and legal departments, supporting initiatives in AI, ML, automation, and advanced analytics. Key Responsibilities: Lead and enhance data acquisition strategies, contract management, and integration of IQVIA, IRI/Circana, sales, and consumer promotion data sources. Oversee the architecture of data lakes and warehouses, focusing on feature engineering and enabling analytics. Drive excellence in data product management, addressing gaps in stewardship, master data management (MDM), and governance. Support strategic initiatives (MarTech, Next Best Action, Market Mix Modeling) by ensuring timely and accurate data availability for analytics teams. Manage third-party data access agreements, ensuring compliance and enhancing operational efficiencies. Serve as the lead for master data management projects and capabilities. Develop robust relationships with IT, business stakeholders, analytics, compliance, and legal teams. Facilitate cross-functional Data Governance Council meetings to negotiate data issue resolutions, metric definitions, and policies. Establish rules for data values, structures, and user access; optimize SOPs for data stewardship. Champion change management and communication strategies for information management initiatives. Implement industry best practices to enhance customer data management. Provide hands-on leadership in AI, ML Ops, and data product engineering to enrich enterprise analytics and automation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, data science, or related field preferred. 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, MedTech, or consumer health sectors. 6+ years of proven experience in managing data projects, including master data, metadata, and reporting. In-depth knowledge of IQVIA, IRI/Circana, consumer promotion data, MDM, CDP, and Snowflake. Extensive experience in data product management, acquisition, governance, and contracting. Hands-on experience with AI, ML Ops, and data product engineering, including operationalizing machine learning models. Strong communication and organization skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in sales operations and team management across therapeutic areas. Proficient in streamlining processes and data integration. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and data analysis. Strong interpersonal abilities with values of leadership, integrity, flexibility, and efficiency. Knowledgeable in information lifecycle policies and procedures, including record management and information system operations. The starting pay for this role is between $185,000.00 and $225,000.00, reflecting an anticipated range for this position. Actual salary may vary based on multiple factors.
