About the Role We are searching for a dynamic Chief Growth Strategist to spearhead our innovative sales and marketing initiatives. In this vital role, you will drive immediate performance while fostering sustainable, long-term growth. You will lead a talented multi-disciplinary team and optimize the use of our CRM system to enhance business intelligence and facilitate sales enablement. Your responsibilities will include: Defining and monitoring key performance indicators. Identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. Enhancing the customer experience in alignment with our core values. To excel in this role, you should possess: A Bachelor's degree. At least 5 years of experience in a senior sales and marketing leadership position, showcasing a proven track record of driving business growth. Exceptional leadership and performance management skills. Strong capabilities in cross-functional collaboration. Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to stakeholders. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot. The ideal candidate will be strategic-minded, hands-on, and committed to championing a servant leadership model throughout our organization.
