Job Function: Oversee all Human Resources operations including employee/labor relations, benefits, training, recruitment/retention, worker's compensation, compensation, performance management and employment law. Qualifications: - Master's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management (Preferred) - Colorado Department of Education Principal or Administrator license (Preferred) - Over five years experience in administration and managing various aspects of a Human Resources Department Mission Statement: "To develop generations of world class learners capable of being successful members of society; by providing a positive, empowering, and safe environment where academic excellence is the desired result for all students."
