Plant Manager

Summary / Objectives Lead and oversee all aspects of production, shipping, maintenance, and facilities operations through a team of skilled supervisors and leads. Drive operational excellence, safety, and efficiency to achieve company production and financial goals. Implement strategic initiatives aligned with Pelco's growth and performance objectives. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across production, shipping, maintenance, and facilities to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and on-time delivery while reducing costs, scrap, and rework. Lead the implementation of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage manufacturing resources including staffing, space planning, equipment, tooling, and capital expenditures within budget. Develop and execute both short- and long-term operational plans to support corporate objectives. Monitor performance metrics and deliver timely, accurate reports on operational results. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver superior service to internal and external customers. Provide leadership through mentoring, training, performance management, and clear communication. Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Consistent, reliable attendance and punctuality at assigned work location..
