Company Highlights Family-owned company with strong values and long-term stability Collaborative, relaxed office culture Excellent benefits and generous PTO Strong work/life balance Key Responsibilities Lead accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly, monthly, and off-cycle payrolls Compile, audit, and validate payroll data across multiple employee groups Oversee employee status changes, garnishments, direct deposits, and deductions Partner with HR to ensure accurate employee data and pay administration Ensure seamless data flow between HRIS, timekeeping, and payroll systems Administer and optimize the company’s time-entry system Resolve payroll inquiries and discrepancies promptly and professionally Review quarterly payroll filings and year-end tax reporting for accuracy and compliance Evaluate payroll processes, controls, and procedures to drive efficiency and accuracy Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of payroll experience in a complex, multi-employee environment Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred Keywords: Payroll Manager, Payroll Supervisor, ADP Workforce Now, Payroll Processing, Paycom $90,000 - $110,000 #LI-AE1 #LIHybrid #INMAR2026
