Provide advanced respiratory care as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in a dynamic, multi-department setting including ICU, NICU, ER, and general floor therapy. The role supports a diverse patient population ranging from neonates and infants to adults and geriatrics, addressing critical respiratory conditions such as respiratory failure, COPD, asthma, and ARDS. Key Responsibilities: Manage mechanical ventilation and critical care respiratory support. Administer inhaled medications and monitor patient responses. Perform arterial punctures and assist with advanced respiratory procedures. Operate and maintain respiratory equipment including Dräger V500, VN500, Evita XL, Carina, Philips V60, and V30. Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient respiratory treatment plans. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with care standards. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required. NICU experience preferred. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required if NICU experience present. Proficiency with adult critical care and ventilator management. Experience with inhaled medications such as LABA, LAMA, SABA, ICS, and surfactant. Skilled in noninvasive ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide, and heliox therapy. Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently, typically handling 8-12 patients every 4 hours.
