Your Role: Design and implement innovative AI systems that transform Coinbase's customer support and compliance processes. Create a platform comprising tools and primitives to facilitate the swift adoption of Agentic AI across other domains. Engage with diverse stakeholders involved in the development of Coinbase products and financial operations. Contribute to the strategic direction and execution of Coinbase's platform initiatives. Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables using your technical expertise. Mentor team members on design principles and coding standards. Write high-quality, well-tested code tailored to meet customer needs. What We Seek in You: Over 12 years of backend software engineering experience, preferably with Golang or similar languages. Proven experience in deploying LLM-based applications into production. A strong track record of crafting impactful solutions that facilitate significant customer interactions. Experience in architecting and developing solutions for complex, ambiguous challenges. Extensive knowledge of building distributed systems capable of handling massive scales. Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Determined drive to set ambitious goals and the resilience to achieve them. A passion for constructing an open financial system that connects the world. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with LLM and Agentic AI, including optimizing LLMs for specific corpuses and minimizing inaccuracies. Job #: P72990 Pay Transparency Notice: The target annual base salary for this position ranges from $253,895 to $298,700, depending on your work location.
