Facility Overview Hospital Type: Critical Access Hospital Licensed Beds: 14 Emergency Bays: 9 Average Daily Census: 2 Annual ED Volume: 13,678 visits This is a low daily census facility with steady annual volume, ideal for physicians comfortable with autonomous practice in a critical access setting. Current Emergency Department Coverage Model Physician Coverage: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM 7:00 PM 8:00 AM Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Coverage: 10:00 AM 8:00 PM Physicians provide primary ED coverage with overlapping APP support during peak daytime hours. Physician Requirements Board Certification: ABEM only Experience: Recent Emergency Medicine experience required Ideal Candidate Comfortable practicing independently in a critical access hospital environment Strong clinical decision-making skills Able to manage a broad spectrum of Emergency Medicine cases Reliable and able to commit to a June start
