Role Summary: The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) plays a vital role in ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and overseeing all operations within the unit during designated shifts. Collaborating effectively with the management team, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care in line with established protocols, serving as a resource for staff while embodying the organization's vision and values to foster excellent patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Manage admission and discharge processes to enhance throughput and ensure exceptional patient care. Assist in the continuous assessment of care quality in collaboration with the management team. Foster a teamwork environment that drives superior outcomes and service delivery. Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary. Engage in initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and patient service strategies. Assist in the hiring, training, and evaluation of new staff, ensuring adherence to personnel policies. Handle staff scheduling and manage labor aspects to meet care needs within productivity standards. Oversee inventory management and ensure proper supplies and equipment are available. Required Qualifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification. Basic Cardiac Life Support certification. Registered Nurse (RN) License. Nursing Diploma or related qualification.
