Data Entry Clerk The Data Entry Clerk plays a critical role in ensuring our operational accuracy and throughput. This position is responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining high-volume data across multiple systems with precision and consistency. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-driven, and capable of managing fast-paced workloads while meeting daily production goals. Responsibilities Enter required data accurately into CDK, IBIZI, and additional internal tools. Perform a high volume of data entry tasks with consistent speed and accuracy. Ensure all data is processed, reviewed, and updated in accordance with project specifications. Troubleshoot basic data or system issues and escalate when necessary. Maintain accurate records and uphold data integrity standards at all times. Support daily workflow expectations to meet production benchmarks and timelines. Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or clarify missing information. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities. Reliable, hard-working, and committed to consistent performance. Prior data entry or administrative experience preferred. Experience with CDK or similar DMS platforms is a plus.
