This exciting opportunity is ideal for an experienced OT who has expertise in sensory processing, emotional regulation, and fine, visual, and gross motor skill development, using a client-driven, play-based approach. As a member of our team, you will provide therapy in our clinic, homes, and school settings, with paid drive time included. Responsibilities: Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations. Create dynamic and comprehensive treatment plans for clients. Provide therapy in schools, homes, and community settings. Offer coaching and support to parents and families. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary service team to enhance client learning. Develop creative strategies to make therapy engaging and effective. Qualifications and Skills: Licensed COTA/OT in Washington State. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Availability for a minimum of 15 hours per week. Ability to lift 35 pounds and maneuver easily on the floor. We offer competitive hourly compensation ranging from $50.00 to $60.00 per hour for OTs and $38.00 to $47.50 for COTAs, along with benefits for staff working 28 hours a week or more.
