Compensation Competitive compensation package including starting guarantee for years 1 & 2 Sign on Bonus Relocation Assistance CME Allowance Position Qualifications Education Graduate from an approved ACGME-accredited Urology residency program Certification/Licensure Board Eligible/Board Certified in Urology Current unrestricted MD/DO license Basic Life Support (BLS) certified from American Heart Association Must obtain and maintain staff membership and appropriate privileges Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs Must meet all qualifications to participate in hospital s programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
