This group is very well-respected and well-established. There is no pediatric hospital admissions call and there are rarely calls from the small, local ED. The call schedule for newborn nursery is 1:5 in a small hospital averaging less than 400 births per year and physicians are compensated additionally for their call time. The group is located about one hour from a pediatric tertiary care hospital/NICU. Salary is very competitive, full benefits are available and schedule is flexible.
