Job Description APCO is seeking a Global Marketing Digital Specialist to enhance APCO's brand visibility and presence online. The ideal candidate should be digital savvy and curious, have strong copywriting skills, be organized, globally minded, empathetic and ready to help APCO build our brand, recruit talent and nurture leads. As a member of the global marketing and communication team, your work will represent our 1200+ colleagues around the world. A bit about you You are entry-level and have strong marketing and communications internships that helped sharpen your project management and digital campaign skills. You are eager to work on the corporate side of content creation and production across earned, owned and paid media, as well as SEO, research and analytics. You like to learn about what makes things work, are self-driven and are not afraid to experiment-and even fail-as you innovate and help drive projects and campaigns forward. Primary Duties: Assist with digital marketing and communication activities, including: Create, manage and amplify digital campaigns to engage clients, colleagues and prospects Conduct desk research using advanced digital platforms Monitor APCO's online presence proactively Help develop and publish content to websites, social and other digital channels Proofread thought leadership documents Review analytics and contribute to activity reports Implement SEO/GEO strategy and recommendations Drive SEM, paid social campaigns and targeted display campaigns Draft and format mass e-mail campaigns and event forms and landing pages Create templated graphics and do light image and video editing Support special projects and traditional marketing programs for the company Assist with creating and tracking project plans and content calendars Other duties as assigned Additional Duties: Assist with marketing communication activities including: Support special projects and traditional marketing programs for the company Assist with creating and tracking project plans and content calendars Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Qualified candidates will have a BA/BS in a related field and internships or other equivalent experience in marketing, strong technical, research, written and oral communication skills and the ability to proactively and thoughtfully support the activities of the global marketing and communication team with project management. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with AP Style, content management (CMS), monitoring programs and analytics. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is required. A working knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Premiere and other Adobe products is also desired. Experience using Hubspot or similar platforms is an advantage. Compensation Range: The US base salary for this position ranges from $48,000/year to $50,000/year. APCO targets an employee's pay within this range to be based on several factors, which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, internal equity and/or geographic location.
