We are seeking experienced Neonatal NPs to join a growing neonatal care team in Jacksonville, Florida, supporting both Level II and Level IV NICU environments. What You ll Do Provide independent and collaborative care to premature and critically ill newborns within NNP scope and protocols Manage infants across both intermediate and high acuity NICU settings Conduct comprehensive and interval histories and targeted physical assessments Order, interpret, and act on laboratory and diagnostic studies Develop and adjust treatment plans including medications, procedures, and supportive therapies Participate in neonatal rounds and coordinate care with physicians, APPs, nursing, transport teams, and ancillary services Ideal Background Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification and licensure Clinical experience in neonatal intensive care Strong assessment and procedural skills Passion for evidence based, family centered NICU care Team focused approach with excellent communication skills Considering a Move?
