Private practice is adding an additional Pediatrician. Rotate in four offices. Round on two hospitals. Call is one in five weeks, phone call only. 40 hour work week. Salary based on experience. Base plus volume and quality bonuses. Get paid extra for rounding. Medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances. 60% is covered. 18 days paid time off, 6 holidays and 2 floating holidays.
