The ideal candidate will have experience with minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Duties Fix minor issues around building involving drywall, painting, tiling, and basic carpentry. Handle minor leaks, unclogged drains, and replaced light fixtures, switches, or outlets.
