Coverage Needed Start Date: April 29 End Date: Ongoing Schedule: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call Open Dates: April 29-January 3, 2027, additional dates will be offered throughout the year Clinic hours are 7:30 to 4:30 with patients starting to be seen at 8am April 29th 7am to May 7th 7pm -CLINIC ONLY We need clinic and call (this is a shift that was cancelled by Omar) May 21st 7am to May 26th 7am -CLINIC/CALL May 30th 7am to June 4th 7am -CLINIC ONLY Need Clinic and call June 29th 7am to July 9th 7pm- CLINIC ONLY Need Clinic and call July 27th to August 6th 7pm -CLINIC ONLY Need Clinic and call August 10th 7am to September 10th 7pm -CLINIC ONLY Clinic and call September 28th 7am to October 8th 7pm -CLINIC ONLY Clinic and call October 12th 7am to October 19th 7am- CLINIC/CALL November 2nd 7am to November 12th 7pm -CLINIC ONLY Clinic and call November 30th 7am to December 10 7pm -CLINIC ONLY Clinic and call December 14th 7am to January 3rd 7am- CLINIC/CALL Clinic and call Clinical Details Practice Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient EMR: Epic Support Staff: Neonatologist- 2, CRNP- 3, CNM- 5, NICU in-house midlevel providers- 7 Trauma Level: 1 Patients Per Day: Outpatient- 30, Inpatient- 10, Admissions - 2, Discharges- 2 Call Type: 2nd Call / Backup C-Section/Call Response Time: 15 minutes Certified Nurse Midwives take 1st Call Equipment/Technology: Level 3A NICU, Helicopter service Average # of Deliveries Per Physician/Week: 5 Ancillary Services: Certified Nurse Midwife Program Requirements Board Certification: through ABO+G with a subspecialty in MFM Fellowship: Successful completion of a fellowship in MFM accredited by the ACGME or AOA License: PA State License or IMLC Active PA DEA Certifications: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS Experienced Perinatologist Successful completion of a residency in OB/GYN accredited by the ACGME or AOA
